Q:  I am an active NAPCP member.  How do I utilize my membership for the store discount?

A:  Please use the email account you used to sign up for NAPCP membership. You have to register that email when signing up in our storefront. When that email is verified with our NAPCP member database, please use the code MEMBER20 for your exclusive 20% member discount. This discount applies to all purchases made in the store for active members only. Please note that this code can not be used simultaneously with any other special or promotion.

 

Q: How do I use Photoshop Masks?

A: There is a file included with every download with detailed instructions outlining how to properly use the photo masks in Photoshop. If for any reason you still have additional questions after reviewing the pdf, feel free to email us at admin@napcp.com

 

Q: When and where do I download my purchased product?

A: After payment has been made in full you will receive an email with a link to your download. 

 

Q: Can I return a product I have purchased?

A: Unfortunately no, we do not allow returns for any of the purchased templates. 

 

Q: Are fonts included with my download?

A: Fonts will not be included in the download folder, however a file containing links to download/purchase each font will be included. 

 

Q: Where should I have my files printed?

A: The templates are setup to accomodate most major print labs, however we do recommend you review specific printing guidelines associated with the printer of your choice to ensure accurate setup before printing. Each file contains an 1/8" bleed area around all four sides, which is standard. 

 

Q: How do I use a Coupon Code?

A: Coupon codes can be entered during the checkout process and will be applied to your cart only during checkout. 

 

Q: What software is needed to edit templates?

A: All templates are created in Photoshop and provided as layered .psd files.
